What's  New

  • Our new Energy Division (On-Target Energy) is working diligently in on planning for multiple large decommissioning jobs.  We are mentoring clients on how to develop the project management plan, WBS, schedule and costing for various projects.
  • We have begun the Winter 2009 UT Project Management and Lean Certificate Courses.
  • Courses and project work are underway utilizing Lean, Six Sigma and PMI techniques-we are focusing on saving energy!
  • Work is continuing on a book project for CRC Press.  The topic is currently under discussion.
  • Work on Six Sigma projects is moving along with a number of clients; including Department of Energy.

Currently...

  • Two courses, Lean for Business and Practical Project Management are now underway for the Knoxville audience. (see UTK Professional Development Website).
  • We have developed an Executive Project Management course.  This is a one-day, intense offering covering the nuts and bolts of Project Management. 
  • The consulting and education teams are currently involved in mentoring executives from various industries in utilizing Lean Principles mixed with Six Sigma techniques.  Each session is customized for specific needs and conducted in a personalized, focused manner.   We feel this is an ideal way to assist in making a profound impact on corporate culture.
